Whether you are a dance lover or are just looking for something fun to do on a Friday night, this workshop is for you!
We will travel to Portugal through dance. Each dance represents a different region in Portugal. We start our tour in the Northern region of Trás-os-Montes with the “Saia da Carolina” and move to Minho to dance the “Malhão”. Our next stop is Beira Litoral for a “Toma Lá Dá Cá” and we end our trip in Ribatejo region with the beautiful “Sariquité”.
Due to the pandemic, we currently can’t be in person, but the best of the best – Tradballs – reimagined Portuguese traditional dances in a way that we can all enjoy in the comfort of our homes. We will learn online, each of us in our own space, and then be ready to dance together once the situation improves.
Put your best foot forward and let’s dance like nobody is watching!
