From a long time, the portuguese people has been looking at the sea both as a way of discovery and a way of survival. With a sea that goes beyond what the eye can see, we have been making the best of it.
We believe that we have the best fish in the world, and when we cannot eat it fresh, we put it into tin cans and save it for another time. It still tastes wonderful.
So... All hands on deck!!
At aperitivo time we will guide you through some recipes that you can prepare and have for dinner right away.
We will go through some of the history around the canned fish industry and how you can eat it.

Below you can find the recipes and shopping list of items that you can find in your local supermarket. We will make some bitesize recipes and a main course.
